Form of workLeidos is seeking an experienced System Administratorin support of the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Unified Cyber Situational Awareness (UCSA) program in Pensacola, FL. The position is primarily responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting and recovery of mission critical enterprise Windows systems and resolving issues affecting related IT systems supporting the Department of Defense (DoD).
Primary Responsibilities
Hardware support
- Desktop PC's (inventory, hardware, troubleshooting, updates/patches)
- GFE (support, account, maintenance)
- Desk phone (telco ordering, Voicemail PIN resets)
- DMUC (Intermediary between PMO and end-user, technical support, coordination with GSD)
- Printers (inventory, hardware, troubleshooting, updates, maintenance)
Local account support
- Active Directory (Local accounts)
- Coordination with GSD (for GFE accounts)
- Coordination with PMO for DMUC accounts
Cubicle Setup
- Inventory and Accountability of equipment
- Access to Print resources
- Day 1 ready to work goal (reduction of time spent waiting for accounts in all 3 enclaves)
- Image Development/Maintenance
- Ensure all workstations are up to date with current patches/STIG requirements
- Develops, tests, and deploys new workstation images as changes are mandated
- Deployment of images to remote sites (including ISOSEC)
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in a technical discipline. Can be waived if approved by the Prime.
- At least two years of experience.
- Secret clearance
- A DoD 8570 IAT Level II approved certification (CompTIA Security+)
- Must be a US Citizen
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating PowerShell scripts
- VMware vCenter and VMware ESXi experience
- Familiarity with or working knowledge of RedHat Systems Administration
- Experience with Agile work management applications, such as JIRA, that facilitates collaboration, organizes workflows and increases synergy across all teams within an IT production environment
- AWS Certified Practitioner certification

Pay Range:
Pay Range $55,250.00 - $99,875.00
