We are seeking a part-time Office Administration Intern to provide office administrative support to our Vice President of Purchasing and Quality.
Duties:
- Assisting with inventory and data entry for Government-Furnished Equipment (GFE) and Quality.
- Scanning documents, filling, and assisting with organization and maintaining of records and documents.
- Additional tasks may include answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, handling mail and deliveries, as well as helping with other operational duties to keep everything running smoothly.
Required Education:
- High School Diploma or AA
Required Experience:
- Able to come into the facility two days a week.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Attention to detail and organization.
- Data entry and coordination efforts will require a level of autonomy and discretion/critical thinking skills.
- US Citizen
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
