We are seeking Support Coordinator candidates that will promote client satisfaction by means of building relationships, staying proactive, and captivating growth.
Job duties: creating person centered plans, performing home visits, contacting clients, meeting with client's service providers, developing plans for emergencies, assisting clients with accessing services in their communities, etc.
Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in human service field or Bachelor's Degree with at least 16 credit hours in human service field, driver's license, transportation with insurance, and the ability to pass a background check.
