The Operations Support Coordinatoris responsible to coordinate the logistical aspects of projects to ensure that transportation of personnel and equipment to/from all job sites meet efficient and effective project and company requirements.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead by example and place Quality, Health & Safety, Security, and the protection of the environment as core values while never intentionally placing employees, our processes, customers, or the communities in which we live and work at risk.
- Maintains tracking program of division personnel and contractors to ensure personnel movements to and from work sites are logged and time sheet reporting is completed on a daily basis for all field staff.
- Assists Project Managers in identifying and obtaining equipment needed for project.
- Coordinates the logistics of transporting equipment and personnel to/from all job sites during mobilization/demobilization and equipment/personnel replacement/exchange.
- Communicates scheduled deliveries and pick-ups to Transport Technicians.
- Obtains project updates via daily contact with personnel assigned to projects and other data necessary to maintain personnel on project assignment.
- Maintains records and contact information for all field staff.
- Tracks vacation time, sick time, and work rotation schedules for field personnel.
- Performs data entry into project billing and logistics tracking systems and verifies information is correct.
- Coordinates travel and meeting arrangements; provides meeting/training session support as needed (e.g., scheduling conference rooms, coordinating food, and materials, logistics)
- Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
- Performs other duties or completes special projects as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without restrictions.
- Possess the ability to obtain a valid passport for international travel.
- Must have a driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
- Possess an Associate's degree from two-year college or technical school.
- Have one or more years of related experience.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft programs, including SharePoint, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
