Location: Redmond, WA

Pay Range: $22 to $24Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Duration: 18 monthsRequirements: • Support Desktop Hardware/Software troubleshooting • General Break Fix support • Hardware refreshes • Work with IRT team on ticket triaging • Support OPs with tier1 tickets • Strong Customer Support Skills • Handle user hardware onboarding / offboarding • Support Turn 10's Devkit InfrastructureCandidate Requirements • Years of Experience Required: 1-3 overall years of experience in the field. • Degrees or certifications required: N/A • Disqualifiers: Candidates with job hopping will not be eligible for the role. • Best vs. Average: - Been in a DTS role a year or 2, Excellent customer service experience , Hardware software troubleshooting • Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on quality of work.
