Application Support Analyst

Application Support Analyst, Global Security
Temp position: 6 months – 12 months Contract position via Inter-Con Security Systems Inc. (ICS); on assignment in Seattle, WA

The Application Support Analyst will be responsible for assessing reports from relational datasets tied to current video management (Milestone) and access control system (Lenel) for improvement opportunities, to include, but not limited to:

· Assessing alarm volume, recommending improvements, and implementing changes.

· Review access levels with stakeholders and implementing corresponding changes.

· Card holder review and clean-up activities.

· Translate business requirements for information processing and data quality improvements into system-specific functional and technical specifications.

· Work with IT and Security stakeholders to improve existing systems’ data architecture and processes for evolving requirements.

· Assist in the development and testing of new security architecture, systems, and components.

· Five or more years of information system data analysis experience, with a strong focus on integrated systems data processing flow.

· Experience and knowledge of database architecture including relationship keys, metadata management, and upstream/downstream impacts.

Proven track record of identifying data patterns, formulating improvement opportunities, and facilitating stakeholder consensus on recommended changes.

· Proficiency in database software and architecture including SQL, Excel and Power BI

· Five or more years of experience operating, designing, and integrating CCTV and Access Control systems.

· Three or more years of experience maintaining Lenel and Milestone systems.

· Lenel certifications.

· Prior hands-on experience with Genetec enterprise-level IP based CCTV systems, appliances, and software

Pay: From $150,000.00 per year
