Role Description: We are seeking a Customer Support Analyst to join our team, primarily responsible for providing Level 1 support to our customers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent soft skills and the ability to effectively manage end-users. Responsibilities include addressing customer queries, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Competencies:

· EIS (Enterprise Information Systems): Product Support - Product Engineering

Experience (Years): 2-4

Essential Skills:

· EIS: Product Support - Product Engineering

Desirable Skills:

· Strong interest in support-related tasks

Excellent communication and soft skills with a focus on customer empathy and sympathy

Basic technical knowledge to assist customers in resolving issues

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
