Role Description: We are seeking a Customer Support Analyst to join our team, primarily responsible for providing Level 1 support to our customers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent soft skills and the ability to effectively manage end-users. Responsibilities include addressing customer queries, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
