Essential Duties + Responsibilities
- Develop strategic plans to promote account growth and identify new business opportunities within existing and new divisions of assigned client’s company.
- Using consultative selling, articulate an executive vision of how ULG solutions can benefit customers.
- Demonstrate commercial acumen and understanding of client’s business needs, identifying where ULG suite of services can offer value.
- Continuously keep abreast of industry, market and competitor developments in order to grow and develop the business. Develop and maintain extensive product and industry knowledge.
- Achieve and exceed minimum agreed sales quotas.
- Work closely with team members in order to close business opportunities which ensure customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the senior, central point of contact for liaison between selected external clients and internal operations/production team to develop accounts and generate additional revenue.
- Manage and mitigate business risk to existing business streams for assigned clients; develop and deploy mitigation strategies and solutions with operational support.
- Other duties as may be reasonably requested from time to time.
