The scope and nature of the projects on which you’ll work will vary however, examples of duties/responsibilities include:
- Mapping the reporting requirements into the “Allocation Rules” terminology on the IT side
- Defining and reporting business requirements and apply them to the base product data
- Contribute to solution design
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to confirm use cases, business logic, and field definitions
- Collaborate with technology teams to remediate issues
Who are we looking for?
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong educational background – Degree (Masters would be an advantage)
- Experience with data warehousing and good product knowledge
- Previous experience in banking (loans, deposits), and traded products too (OTC derivatives, money markets)
- Expert in finance; GL data, FP&A data
- Hyperion is a bonus, as well as Federal Reserve Regulatory reporting (e.g. data sourcing for reports such as the FR Y 9C into Axiom)
- Experience with Regulatory Reporting implementation within Axiom for FR 2052a, FR 2900/2644, and FR Y-15
- Understanding of Allocation Rules based on transactional data of financial products including securities, loans, deposits, swaps, derivatives, etc.
- Snowflake experience plus
- Understanding of data extracts from snowflake to perform reconciliation.
- Testing reconciliation of product financial data into Axiom based on reconciliation from source systems.
- SQL Data Analysis preferred to extract data based on logic to adhere to FR 2052a reporting submission.
