Excellent part-time opportunity to to provide part time support as part of the staffing team focused on delivering balanced scheduling and timekeeping services for the nursing department located of a leading nursing facility.
Conveniently located on the Queens/Nassau County line, this position will provide coordination and administrative support for the scheduling and staffing function. Key duties will include telephone communications with staff, schedule changes, shift and unit changes, etc.
We seek an individual who is organized and brings a high level of customer service. Experience will include a background with scheduling, payroll and/or office administration that includes strong attention to detail, along with experience using Microsoft Office applications.
Work schedule is part-time days - mornings until 3:30pm, with some flexibility on specific times. Professional office environment; free parking. Interested candidates should apply immediately. Starting rate of pay is $25-$27 per hour.
