Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Scheduling Coordinator. As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our scheduling system and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the scheduling of appointments for potential customers, ensuring efficient use of time slots and resources
- Communicate with potential customers to confirm appointments
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries related to scheduling, providing excellent customer service
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
