Schedule:
- Monday - Friday 3:00PM-11:00PM on site.
Team Member Scheduling:
- Coordinate and maintain the schedule for team members, ensuring appropriate coverage for shifts and projects.
- Collaborate with team leads and managers to address scheduling conflicts and optimize productivity.
- Communicate schedule changes and updates to team members in a timely manner.
- Monitor attendance and track time-off requests for team members.
- Fingercheck Onboarding and Payroll:
- Manage the onboarding process for new team members using the Fingercheck platform.
- Enter team member information accurately into Fingercheck, ensuring all necessary data is collected.
- Coordinate with the HR department to ensure proper completion of onboarding requirements.
- Process payroll through the Fingercheck system, ensuring accuracy and timely payment of team members.
Training and Support:
- Microsoft and Salesforce Requests:
- Handle Microsoft requests, including account creation, access permissions, and troubleshooting for team members.
- Manage Salesforce requests, including user account management and access permissions.
- Collaborate with IT and relevant departments to address and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft and Salesforce platforms.
Offboarding:
- Manage the offboarding process for team members, including account deactivation and removal of access privileges.
- Collaborate with HR and IT departments to ensure a smooth transition and completion of offboarding tasks.
- Collect company assets from departing team members and ensure the return of any equipment or materials.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of team member information, including records of trainings, certifications, and performance evaluations.
- Generate reports and provide data analysis as needed to support decision-making and resource allocation.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Support and training of medical assistants on Experity, the EMR system specific to the HERRC
- Assisting in the discharge process, including documentation and support to RNs and providers.
- Other duties as assigned and warranted.
Salary $ 25 dollars per hour.
