Job Summary and QualificationsThe Staff Accountant is responsible for supporting the Accounting Team by performing many of the daily accounting functions.
This includes but is not limited to the following:
- Completing balance sheet reconciliations
- Maintaining A/P accruals and prepaid schedules
- Assisting with data mining
- Assisting with all other daily activities of the Accounting Department and performing special projects as directed by the CFO, Controller, and Assistant Controller and Senior Accountant
- Minimum 1 year Accounting work experience, Healthcare experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree - Accounting or Finance
- Works closely with Department Director/Controller, Division and Corporate personnel, as well.
