Accounts Payable Coordinator

Accounts Payable Coordinator and Data Analyst:

Aquabella Tile is a nationwide authority of premium porcelain and glass products primarily used for pool, spas, and backyard entertainment areas. We are currently seeking an individual to fill our Accounts Payable Coordinator and Data Analyst position in our Houston, TX location. Preference will be given to candidates with Associates/or bachelor’s degree in accounting or business.

Responsibilities

• Implement and Coordinate Accounts Payable App/Module
• Analyze Accounting Data within the Accounts Payable App
• Creating Spreadsheets to help with organizing data.
• Enter and File Supplier Invoices
• Coordinate with, Enter and Pay Online Freight companies.
• Update Supplier Invoices Worksheet
• Coordinate with Operations on Open Invoices
• Enter and Pay Invoices
• Enter Commercial Credit Card Statements
• Bank Reconciliation - Reconcile Monthly Cash Reports
• Intercompany Supplier Entry
• Compare Vendor/Supplier Statements within Dancik Computer System
• Other Duties as assigned.

Skills

• College Degree Preferred in Business, Accounting or Related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable/Data Analysis
• The candidate must have an ability to use a computer proficiently and have Microsoft Office Suite experience, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel
• Customer Service mindset with a focus on quality communication and attention to detail.
• Must be detail and goal oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Candidate must be able to research, review, and analyze information/data and report findings in spreadsheet or other summary report.
• High degree of motivation and the ability to work independently.
• Positive attitude

Normal Hours / Benefits:

• Normal working hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with time for lunch.

Salary: $50,000-60,000 per year depending on experience.
