Location/Division Specific Information
This position is within the Clinical Trials Division (CTD) within our Pharma Services Group. CTD partners with pharmaceutical and biotech customers around the world to ensure the right patients get the right therapies in the right doses at the right time – a concept that we internally embrace as “There is a Patient Waiting.” Our unique blend of services includes project management, packaging, distribution, transportation management and specialty logistics, ancillary supply management, clinical supply optimization, bio-repository storage and much more.

As a Sr. Product Manager, you will play an important role in driving the success of our products through effective planning, execution, and coordination. This is an opportunity to contribute to the development and enhancement of innovative products that ensure the long-term sustainability and growth of the division and company.
A Day in the life
- Responsible for product planning and product marketing. This includes leading the product throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with cross-functional team to deliver winning products
- An ability to establish and lead critical initiatives to support the overall business strategy, which includes the development and launch of new service line offering
- Business planning including, profitability tracking, go to market pricing
- Successful implementation of significant business initiatives, especially those reaching across divisional and organizational boundaries, to deliver on milestones and other KPI’s
- Ensure executable Supply Chains including regulatory compliance and seamless hand off for customers from solution through execution phase in partnership with BSL cross functional teams
- Actively seek and contribute market intelligence, competitive landscape and voice of the customer data to help inform on core and new service market opportunities.
- Creates and delivers sales training in collaboration with other functions to ensure that the strategic initiatives are understood and delivered across the organization
Key to Success
Education
- Bachelors in business, marketing or life sciences
- Master’s in business (MBA) preferred
Experience
- 5+ years of experience within the pharmaceutical or related industry with experience in clinical Supply Chain, biorepository, cell & gene therapies.
- Previous experience developing and/or bringing a service product to the healthcare or pharmaceutical market
- Understanding of regulated markets in Europe and North America highly preferred
- Be a Subject Matter Expert in BSL knowledge in giving advisory and high level technical support on BSL service portfolio
- Significant market knowledge in Bioservices, Cell & Gene therapies, cold chain logistics, and related industries

- Strong customer advocacy and understanding of customer needs, drivers and putting these at the forefront of business decisions

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed decisions
- Demonstrated success working in a global, matrixed-environment with ability to influence without direct authority
- Travel international/national up to 20%
