About the role and about You:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced  Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to join our People team. Reporting to the Head of People, this position will lead Zwift's Talent Acquisition team and manage the global strategy and execution of Zwift's Talent Acquisition function focusing  on the creation, implementation, and management of key global strategies that support Zwift's hiring with an emphasis on building sourcing and hiring strategies that result in long-term candidate conversion.

We are looking for an innovative thinker that can successfully build and implement Zwift's recruitment strategy. This position is a highly visible and impactful role, interacting with senior  leaders to drive the strategic direction and day-to-day service delivery of the Talent Acquisition Team.

Successful candidates are passionate about helping Zwift attract great talent and implementing best practices to elevate the Talent Acquisition function. You are excited to lead, mentor, and coach other Talent Acquisition professionals.  

This is a cross-functional role which will partner with Business Leaders across the organization,  the People Team, HRBusiness Partners, Legal, and Finance. 

What you'll do: 

  • Create and execute a Talent Acquisition hiring strategy aligned with Zwift's business objectives and culture in order to meet hiring goals and support company growth 
  • Lead the Talent Acquisition team to meet recruiting requirements, ensure a positive candidate experience, and deliver effective customer service for internal clients
  • Develop effective recruiting plans, including sources, engagement strategies, company messaging, screening, and interviewing policies, and processes
  • Manage and execute end-to-end hiring to include: defining roles, creating recruiting plans, sourcing and interviewing, extending offers and closing candidates 
  • Support and drive Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging programs through key Talent Acquisition initiatives and ensure that the Talent Acquisition team is delivering diverse candidates whenever possible
  • Partner with the HR Business Partners and the hiring managers to ensure accurate, timely recruiting, and selection of top talent in response to openings, as well as sharing tips to proactively source talent to support future company needs
  • Maintain knowledge of trends and best practices in the Talent Acquisition space; apply this knowledge to communicate and recommend changes in policy, practice, and resources
  • Manage and mentor hiring managers and Talent Acquisition team to recruit, identify, select, onboard, and retain highly skilled and diverse candidates 
  • Create areas of accountability and create a culture of service for each segment of the hiring process and evaluate outcomes  

 What we're looking for: 

  • 7-10 years of Talent Acquisition experience with a fast paced and growing tech company
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field or equivalent work experience
  • At least 4 years of experience leading a TA function and managing a team to include mentoring, coaching, and developing direct reports/teams
  • Proven track-record building, managing, and optimizing Talent Acquisition functions 
  • Experience in building a comprehensive TA strategy
  • Robust recruiting expertise including all process steps and requirements to attract and source a broad range of job families including engineering, data, marketing, IT, HR, Product and Program Management, supply chain, and more
  • Experience in a global organization and staffing a globally dispersed workforce 
  • Ability to promote positive relationships and build credibility, respect, and trust of colleagues across the organization
  • Able to moderate diverging perspectives and facilitate reaching a consensus
  • Strong problem solving and business acumen skills
  • Proven ability and proficiency in executing tasks and projects quickly while maintaining  strong attention to detail
  • Analytical approach and comfort using data and insights to inform and support decisions
  • Strong change management skills - comfortable with ambiguity and constant change, able to methodically work through complex problems, set priorities, and execute on commitments
  • Outstanding program and project leadership and delivery experience; able to be responsible for high impact Talent Acquisition  programs across the business
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and high EQ

 Bonus points: 

  • Experience in video games or the health and fitness industries
  • Passion for cycling, running, and/or fitness 

For All US Based Full-Time Positions:

The base salary for this position ranges between $140,000 - $190,000. The base salary will be based on a number of factors including the role offered, the individual's job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
