You'll collaborate on breakthrough medical technologies that unite multiple subject areas to build a connected digital ecosystem that advances medical professionals' skills and improves patient outcomes.The Sr. Manager, Global Strategy, will be a key member of the Global Strategic Marketing team and report to the Sr. Director of Global Strategy.
This individual will be responsible for shaping the Johnson & Johnson Endoluminal Robotics strategy for MONARCH, the only flexible robotic platform approved for use in both Bronchoscopy and Urology. This individual will help lead strategic planning, portfolio prioritization, and assessment of new business opportunities, while developing compelling strategies and investment cases that improve platform value.Key Responsibilities:* Global strategy development and execution for the MONARCH Platform.* Leads strategic planning and portfolio prioritization process.* Builds and maintains effective market/financial models.* Identifies growth strategies to include expansion into new indications, markets, geographies, and adjacencies.* Evaluates external partnership and technology investment opportunities in collaboration with Business Development to drive strategic recommendations for Sr. Leadership.* Conducts early Market Research and VOC together with Product Management and R&D teams to inform portfolio decision making.
