THE TEAM
Ticketmaster's Global Enterprise Marketing group operates as the client voice of our company. Our mission is to develop compelling content and narratives that connect our product & services to global client experiences. We advocate for clients across the product life cycle, and drive product adoption and new business leads through our global B2B channels. This team serves as the glue between global product, sales, and B2B marketing teams around the world.
THE JOB
We are in search of a visionary and results-driven Director of Content Strategy & Production to lead our dynamic content team. This Content team is a specialized group within Global Enterprise Marketing that is responsible for developing and executing a cohesive Content Strategy on a worldwide scale. As the Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our Content Strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and delivering compelling, impactful content across various channels. This position offers a unique opportunity to drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty through strategic content initiatives.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Create, maintain and deliver against our global enterprise content calendar.
  • Oversee and produce various content types, such as blog posts, case studies, infographics, sizzle videos, and more.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Operations team to analyze data and metrics related to content performance across channels, to establish regional marketing strategies and prioritize outputs.
  • Partner with local markets to ensure collaborative efforts and defines the regional content strategies and prioritizes activations,
  • Ensure the Content Strategy supports the brand's voice, messaging, and target audience.
  • Identify gaps in the current Content Strategy in partnership with Marketing Ops and implement data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing teams to create product-specific content, including but not limited to product descriptions, demos, feature highlights, and use cases.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging content formats, technologies, and marketing strategies to keep the organization competitive.
  • Overflows and manages agency driven projects.
  • Manage a team of two, including a Content Producer and Designer, that support Enterprise Marketing in its entirety, from content, to webpages, sizzle reels and deck polishing.

$136,000.00 USD - $170,000.00 USD

$136,000.00 USD - $170,000.00 USD
The expected compensation for this position in Washington is:
$136,000.00 USD - $170,000.00 USD
