Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Human Resources, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in consulting, learning and development, people operations, or human resources, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- 3 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
- 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or graduate degree in business management or human resources.
- Experience in executing complex strategic and operational initiatives which involve business transformation.
- Experience influencing executive stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
- Ability to work in ambiguity and in a fast-changing environment, with an entrepreneurial approach.

The Device and Services Business Organization (DSBO) team is responsible for managing partnerships with carriers, retailers, and resellers worldwide and designing the commercial strategy for the Pixel, Nest, and Fitbit portfolio.The Central Strategy and Operations team supports the Global Devices and Services Business Organization by providing strategic guidance and scaled support needed for the business. In this role, you will manage complex organizational and human resources initiatives, and provide clear deliverables that influence leadership and help evolve the DSBO organization.The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Learning and Development programs to up-skill Sales and Business Management teams, and drive adoption of enabling tools and systems.
- Manage head-count, hiring processes and governance, and prioritization.
- Support DSBO Leads and teams in ongoing change management and business transformation by providing insightful guidance and direction. Identify potential roadblocks and risks, proactively developing mitigation plans to ensure business success.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Central Business Management, Planning, Operations, and Regional sales teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Define project goals, develop comprehensive cross-functional plans, track progress (e.g., planning, milestones, risks, issues, and change control) and clearly report on status, risks, and remediation plans to stakeholders.
