Global Client Strategy supports prolific and entrepreneurial clients in their brand and business-building endeavors. We work together to develop their overall brand strategy, and build scalable, talent-led businesses.
The Role:
The Assistant will support an Agent in the Global Client Strategy department. A general interest in innovation and deal making is required to be successful in this role. In addition to general administrative duties, this role would be ideal for someone who has interest in entrepreneurial ideas, building brands, and scaling systems and profitability of client businesses.
Responsibilities:
  • Administrative duties include coordinating meetings and schedules, planning travel, preparing expense reports, phones, and producing correspondence
  • Tracking complex client projects, reporting on status as needed
  • Create and maintain pitch decks and provide market research when needed
  • Research opportunities related to CAA clients and up and coming technology trends
  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities for our clients
  • Work collaboratively and cross-departmentally over all verticals of the agency

Qualifications:
  • 10 months + of professional working experience in an administrative or project management capacity
  • BA/BS from an accredited University or College preferred
  • A passion for pop culture, entertainment and emerging trends
  • Self- starter and interested in exploring new business opportunities
  • Highly flexible, highly organized and able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Able to create structure
  • Able to drive projects independently
  • Ability to meet deadlines, and pay close attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong use of PowerPoint required
  • Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Team oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Education
BA/BS from an accredited University or College preferred.

On-Site in Los Angeles, CA, United States
Compensation
The base hourly rate for this position is in the range of $20.00-22.00. This position also is eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus. Ultimately, wages may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
