Growing and profitable privately owned company located near Niles, OH, is seeking to a Sr. Human Resources Generalist to their team.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Sr. Human Resources Generalistwill support Payroll, Benefits, Employee Relations, and Recruiting for a manufacturing facility with 100 employees.
Sr. Human Resources Generalist Duties include:

• Payroll - large part of the role
• Benefits Administration
• Hourly Employee Recruiting
• Employee retention, employee relations, policy & procedure

Background Profile:

• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience with several years in a senior level role
• Prior recruiting experience within a manufacturing environment preferred
• PayChex or PayChex Flex experience preferred
• Bachelors degree and/or HR certifications a plus!
