Type: Fulltime (40 hours/week) contract
Length: 3+ months, possible extension
Shift/Hours: 8A – 5P
Pay rate: $30-$32/hr
Key Responsibilities:
The HR Generalist will be responsible for Employee relations and lead recruiting efforts to assure access, attract, and successfully place highly competent and successful candidates.
Takes a lead role in employee relations–gathers data, conducts investigations and reports findings.
Requirements for the HR Generalist position:
3+ years of HR Generalist and Recruiting experience
3+ years of employee relations experience gathering data, conducting investigations and reporting findings.
1 year of the Manufacturing industry experience

Pay Details: $30.00 to $32.00 per hour
