Sr Hris Analyst

Job Description:

• We’re looking for someone who’s professional, organized, strong written/verbal communication and who’s technical functional and can provide expertise for HR.  
• The new hire will report to the HRIS Manager.  
• The HRIS Manager is asking for candidates to be a Business Analysis (SME) for our PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 modules applications and collaborate with IT Developers, Stakeholders and various SME to implement changes. 
• This position functions as the business analysis for our PeopleSoft HCM applications. 
• Provides both technical and functional expertise for HR, Benefits, Classifications and Compensation functionalities. 
• Collaborate and interact with IT developers, stakeholders, and various subject matter experts to implement changes and issue resolution. 
• Gather requirements, create documentation, resources for system changes and issues. 
• Responsible for maintaining accurate data in our HCM applications.

Must haves work experience include:  

• Workforce Admin, Benefits Admin, Fluid Employee, Manager Self Services and PeopleSoft reporting tools.

Desires Experience:

• PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 and PeopleSoft reporting tools.
• Technical Functional. 
• Maintains confidentiality.
• Workforce Admin, Benefits Admin, Fluid Employee and Manager Self Services.
• Personable, Flexible, Multitask and Handles pressure well.
• Professional, organized with strong written and verbal communication skills a must.
• Valid CA driver license.

Education Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field, and (6) yrs. of relevant experience.

Compensation Range: $48.00 to $57.00
