- We’re looking for someone who’s professional, organized, strong written/verbal communication and who’s technical functional and can provide expertise for HR.
- The new hire will report to the HRIS Manager.
- The HRIS Manager is asking for candidates to be a Business Analysis (SME) for our PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 modules applications and collaborate with IT Developers, Stakeholders and various SME to implement changes.
- This position functions as the business analysis for our PeopleSoft HCM applications.
- Provides both technical and functional expertise for HR, Benefits, Classifications and Compensation functionalities.
- Collaborate and interact with IT developers, stakeholders, and various subject matter experts to implement changes and issue resolution.
- Gather requirements, create documentation, resources for system changes and issues.
- Responsible for maintaining accurate data in our HCM applications.
Must haves work experience include:
- Workforce Admin, Benefits Admin, Fluid Employee, Manager Self Services and PeopleSoft reporting tools.
Desires Experience:
- PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 and PeopleSoft reporting tools.
- Technical Functional.
- Maintains confidentiality.
- Workforce Admin, Benefits Admin, Fluid Employee and Manager Self Services.
- Personable, Flexible, Multitask and Handles pressure well.
- Professional, organized with strong written and verbal communication skills a must.
- Valid CA driver license.
Education Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field, and (6) yrs. of relevant experience.

Compensation Range: $48.00 to $57.00
