Job Description
The Sr HRIS Analyst will lead the maintenance of the human resource management system (HRMS) in addition to other systems supported by the HRIS team. This position serves as a technical point of contact for human resources and assists with ensuring data integrity, data analysis, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.
The Sr. HRIS Analyst also supports HRMS upgrade projects and acts as project lead for patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned.
The Sr HRIS Analyst will work in our Houston Corporate office and may work two (2) days a week remote.
Responsibilities
• Serve as system liaison between Human Resources, IT and Payroll
• Provide application support/maintenance, as needed, by trouble shooting issues, proposing solutions and implementing/deploying issues
• Write, maintain, and support a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools.
• Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and auditing data
• Assist in the review, testing and implementation of HRIS upgrades or patches
• Review and maintain document processes and results
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports
• Recommend process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes
• Serve as a key liaison with third parties and other stakeholders (e.g., payroll)
• Develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation
• Serve as overall point of contact and responsible for the Governance of the system’s database
Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience of HRIS or HR generalist or specialist with minimum one year of project management experience
• Systems implementation experience
• Experience with SuccessFactors, SAP, ADP
