Job Overview:

The Sr HRIS Analyst is a senior level role responsible for performing complex routine and non-routine analytical duties in the support and maintenance of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). This role serves as a technical point-of-contact to provide for optimum functionality; ensures data integrity and security; provides useful reports; analyzes data flows for process improvement opportunities; solves issues as they arise; however, escalates more sensitive issues. Trains and mentors’ levels I and II.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

  • Performs complex routine and non-routine analytical duties collaborating with Information Technology (IT) in the support and maintenance of internal HR systems which may include database management, network support, installation, customization, and development of applications, systems, and modules.
  • Serves as a technical point-of-contact to provide for optimum functionality; ensures data integrity and security; analyzes data flows for process improvement opportunities; may assist with budgeting and forecasting for labor relations.
  • Utilizes complex reporting tools to write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries. Assists in development of routine and non routine reports for ongoing customer needs and ad hoc queries as needed; works with clients to identify information requirements; maintains data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
  • Collaborates with a range of business and technical partners, and stakeholders. Utilizes leading practices to effectively anticipate, analyze, and articulate problems, evaluate and document problem alternatives, manage constraints, and suggest interim and long-term solutions.
  • Partners with the HR centers of expertise to build, enhance, and deliver HRIS business processes to support self-service and the end user experience.
  • Collaborates with team(s) and other internal stakeholders to help them define business requirements, implement, test, and deploy additional HCM modules, changes to business processes, or integrations as needed. Presents recommended improvements and solutions to teams and stakeholders.
  • Completes other duties as assigned. 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology
  • 5-8 years of experience working as an HRIS Analyst
  • Experience in UKG and Comptool
