As a Senior HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our HR Technology systems to support the organizations human resources functions. You will need strong systems knowledge, departmental partnerships and being an advocate for the end user. Aids in implementation, developing/maintain integrations, business processes, process improvement, feature enhancements, security administration that lead to a more effective and efficient organization by performing the following main duties:
HRIS Management:
- Partners with Sr Manager of HRIS to develop forward-thinking strategies around system enhancements, integrations, process improvement and employee experience.
- Provides insight, recommendations and develop processes and best practices as it relates to the HRIS system.
- Remains current on HR systems’ functionality and actively seeks ways in which to leverage them.
System Enhancements and Projects:
- Responsible for business process development, improvement, configuration, releases, testing, maintenance and implementation within Success Factors and other systems.
- Lead or contribute to HRIS related projects, including system upgrades, integrations and implementations.
Collaboration:
- Responsible for developing and enhancing strong partnerships/collaboration with departments to gather information and translate that into a business process/system functionality that both aligns with the needs of the business and keeps the end user experience in mind.
- Works with vendors to develop data imports, exports, and reporting; feature releases and data management.
User Support and Training:
- Aids in the creation and maintenance of journey mapping for both the end user experience and system process.
- Provides support for our internal department and SMEs as it relates to systems, best practices, processes, access and reporting needs.
- Acts as an administrator for the HRIS systems. This includes troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Data Integrity and Compliance
- Monitors HRIS integrations to ensure they are functioning properly and troubleshooting any issues.
- Manages audit and quality control processes for maintaining data integrity and security of HRIS.
- Develops and maintains system documentation, processes and procedures.
- Additional duties and projects as required.
Required Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
- At least 5+ years of related HRIS experience.
- Experience in systems management, with a focus on system implementation and optimization.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and regulations.
- Knowledge of HR processes and terminology.
Required Computer and/or Technical Skills
- Should have intermediate knowledge and abilities with Microsoft Suite;
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel/Sheets.
- Experience with SAP and Success Factors, Security, Business Processes, Configuration and Integrations, including Success Factor modules such as Employee Central, Onboarding, Performance Management, and Compensation Management. Global experience is a plus.
