HRIS Analyst Project Leader (6 months Contract)
As an HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) Analyst Project Leader, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our HR Technology systems to support the organization’s human resources functions in a short period of time. You will need strong systems knowledge, departmental partnerships and be an advocate for the end user. Aids in implementation, developing and maintain integrations, business processes, process improvement, feature enhancements, that lead to a more effective and efficient organization by performing the following main duties:
Major Responsibilities
- Maintains optimal function of the HRIS, which may include customization, maintenance, and upgrade to applications, systems, and modules.
- Lead to HRIS related projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and implementations.
- Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HR/Payroll employees.
- Collaborates with executive leadership, HR/Payroll Team, IT and HR staff to create, maintain, identify system improvements and enhancements, and update projects and initiatives; recommends and implements solutions.
- Assist with the rollout of new tools and systems including delivery of standard operating procedures, workflow diagrams, training materials and post-launch support resources.
- Analyze HR business processes and collaborate with owners to improve system usage.
- Collaborates with HR team to develop high-quality documentation and job aids related to design, configuration, processes, workflow, and integration/interface requirements.
- Tracks and follows issues to resolution including following up and communications to internal customers.
- Troubleshoots technical issues related to system functionality, development, and data integrity with all HR, Benefits, Payroll, Recruitment, and Talent.
- Follows standard methodologies for determining technical and operational requirements for testing and implementation of current, new, and modified HRIS components
- Aids in the creation and maintenance of journey mapping for both the end user experience and system process.
- Performs other duties as required.
- This is an onsite position (not remote)
Qualifications:
Required Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- At least 5+ years of related HRIS experience preferred.
- Experience in systems management, with a focus on system implementation and optimization of ATS and Recruitment applications.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and regulations.
- Knowledge of HR processes and terminology.
Required Computer and/or Technical Skills
- Should have intermediate knowledge and abilities with Microsoft Suite.
- Advanced Excel knowledge (v-lookups and x-lookups) preferred.

Pay: Up to $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
