DHL currently has an opening for a Sr. HR Business Partner. The successful candidate willprovideday-to-day human resources support and counsel to a business unitand/orfunctional group covering many or most of the following areas: talent management, compensation, benefits, training, employee and laborrelations, employeecommunications, safety and employmentdocumentation and recruiting. This role will ensure consistent applicationof policies and procedures andserve as a liaison and voice of theinternal departments/divisions and/or outsideorganizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administerscore human resource processes including employment, labor and employeerelations, compensation, benefits, performance management and workforceplanning within a specific business unit or subsidiary
- Collaborate with leadership of the business unit or subsidiary on strategic and tactical human resources issues
- Administersapproved company-wide employee relations policies and practices.
- Workswith managers and employees to investigate and resolve employee relationsissues.
- Servesas consultantto management on major matters pertaining to policies,
plans, and objectives - Preparesreports and analyzes data from human resource information systems forinformation reporting and management decision making
- Develops internal communication materials regarding benefits, compensation, and other human resources policies and procedures or other internal businessissues
- Conductsexecutive, exempt, technical, non-technical and nonexempt recruitingsupport and counsel including sourcing, interviewing candidates, preparingcorrespondence, salary recommendations and extending employment offers
- Willprovide functional guidance, advice and/or training to Business Partners
this position supports - Willhandle individual employee issues as well as common systemic employee
matters
