The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with HR strategy in designated business units. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to operations partners. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, goals, culture and competition.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units.
- Partners with peers in a manner that upholds the Dungarvin mission by integrating the mission into your role with co-workers, customers, and individuals served.
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies. Then uniform Dungarvin HR policies, recommend changes to forms and policies and implement final revisions within the state.
- Develops a high level of business knowledge and strong partnership with employees and managers on HR related matters. This position will work closely with operations on HR related matters and will participate in business development, support, and growth of the organization.
- Provide coaching and resources to assist managers with employment law, investigations, coaching, progressive discipline, conditions of employment, accommodations, leaves of absences, terminations and employee development and engagement.
- Provide support operations management and quality assurance in developing, preparing and disseminating key human resources data points in support of internal and external regulatory requirements.
- Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs. Provide specific HR training to supervisors on employment law, leaves of absences, workers' compensation information and procedures.
- Assist with recruitment and serve as a backup resource to the Recruitment Department. Collaboratively work with operations supervisors and recruitment team to facilitate strategies to address talent needs through the organization.
- Assist with change communications and announcements to the organization for new and existing programs and initiatives.
MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor's degree and three or more years of general human resources experience.
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, high volume recruiting, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, inclusion and diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
- Experience with investigations, coaching, development and training, project and change management and data analysis preferred.
- Must have strong computer skills to work in multiple systems, including but not limited to an HRIS, ATS, and LMS.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification
- Preference in the human services or healthcare field

- You should have excellent organization and project management skills as well as have a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy as you will be juggling multiple priorities while focusing on staff, service and program quality.

- You must be a problem solver, strive to deliver great results with continuous improvement; and be comfortable with bringing new ideas and concepts to the table. While showcasing flexibility and adaptability; in an ever changing or fast paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of the State and federal laws and regulations; is pertinent to the success of the market as well as the State Director
