Sr. Graphic Designer

DIME® was founded in 2018 by husband and wife duo Ryan and Baylee Relf, who saw a need to provide clean, optimized skincare for people of all ages. As a skincare and beauty advocate, Baylee became a Master Esthetician in 2015 and learned skincare is not “one size fits all”.
With a slogan of “Love the DIME Difference”, DIME’s mission is simple: to create luxurious skincare and beauty products that are clean, effective, and approachable.
Position Description:
The Sr. Graphic Designer will elevate our brand through compelling visual designs. They are at the forefront of our creative marketing efforts, crafting designs that not only captivate but also drive measurable results.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and production of high-impact graphics and visuals for digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and web.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and translate them into effective design strategies.
- Innovate and implement design solutions that effectively communicate brand messaging and drive performance metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies relevant to digital marketing.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering an environment of creativity and continuous improvement.
- Analyze campaign performance to understand the impact of visual designs and make data-driven improvements.
- Manage multiple projects from concept through completion under tight deadlines.
- Completes assigned training on time6

Requirements:
- Excellent visual, communication, and conceptual thinking skills.
- Proficient in visual storytelling, to enhance the brand's presence across various digital platforms.
- The ability to blend artistic skill with a strategic mindset, to ensure that every design aligns with the company’s performance goals and brand identity.
Qualifications, Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of graphic design experience, with a focus on digital and performance marketing.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital design, especially in a marketing context.
- Experience leading design projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of current trends in digital design and marketing.
Physical Requirements:
- Consistently works in an office environment.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Regularly required to sit, talk, hear, and use fingers to operate a computer and telephone
Safety risks:
Ergonomic strains due to repetitive movement and desk work. Eye strain due to computer usage.
