Position Overview

We're looking for a full-time Graphic Designer Team Lead to lead our in-house Design Team. The ability to work on multiple projects and adapt to the varying needs of our internal and external creative vision is essential. Our ideal candidate will be someone who has experience leading a graphic team, has an eye for color and someone who is also a talented designer and team player who can take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them seamlessly into images, layouts, and other designs. Candidates must be able to work from our Alpine, UT office.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Ability to prioritize and delegate projects, and adhere to timelines

· Manage a talented team of Graphic Designers

· Assist in creating storyboards, packaging, notions, catalogs, emails, and other marketing materials (ideally with strong proofing skills)

· Create other design material as needed

· Assist in maintaining website design elements

· Experience working with outside vendors

Qualifications

· Must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, or a related field with 4+ years’ experience (less experience is okay if you can show amazing results from past work)

· Must have experience leading a team of Graphic Designers

· Provide a strong portfolio

· Proven ability to work in Adobe Creative Suite software: InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop

· Hand drawing/digital illustration skills (strongly preferred)

· BA or BFA in Graphic Design or related field

· Ability to adapt to and learn software quickly

· High attention to detail and accuracy

· Ability to prioritize and complete time-sensitive projects on schedule

· Positive, energetic attitude
