The Graphic Designer will play a pivotal role in our expansion by designing graphics for our brand identity, print collateral, social media campaigns, and paid advertising. This position will have access to all relevant technologies, resources, and budget to achieve their assigned goals.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling brand collateral, including brochures, flyers, posters, and other print materials, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the social media team to understand campaign objectives and develop graphics that resonate with the target audience.
• Design engaging and shareable graphics for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
• Collaborate with the marketing and advertising teams to create compelling visuals that drive user engagement and conversion.
• Develop eye-catching visuals for paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms.
• Translate marketing and brand messaging into visually appealing and cohesive stories through graphic elements.
• Conceptualize and design infographics, illustrations, and other visuals to communicate complex information in a clear and engaging manner.
• Collaborate with the brand team to evolve and update brand guidelines as needed.
• Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines in all design work, maintaining consistency in color schemes, typography, and imagery.
• Maintain an organized file structure for all design assets, ensuring easy accessibility for the team.

Key Qualifications

• A minimum 4 years of demonstrable experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects, including brand collateral, social media graphics, and paid advertising visuals.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Canva, etc…
• Familiarity with optimizing designs for different digital platforms and ad formats.
• Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles as they apply to digital design.
• A keen sense of brand aesthetics and the ability to translate brand guidelines into visually appealing and consistent designs.
• Portfolio examples showcasing innovative and original design concepts.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, social media, and content teams.
• Experience in prioritizing tasks, allocating time effectively, and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
