Requirements
Got What It Takes?

• 2+ years of professional marketing design experience
• A diverse portfolio of completed projects
• A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or an associated field
• A professional grasp of design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of web design principles and experience creating digital assets for online platforms
• Experience with UI and UX concepts a plus
• Must be based in Utah with a suitable work-from-home set-up

We're hunting for a full-time Junior Graphic Designer to help shape and support the marketing moments that tell Conservice's story. If you're a creative powerhouse eager to churn out engaging digital and print materials, you're precisely the designer we're seeking.
We're a small team in a big, thriving company. The ideal candidate for this role will be a team player who is also independent enough to chase answers, get info, and generate creative design work. If you're the right candidate, you'll have a good portfolio of digital ads, landing pages, social media graphics, and event collateral.
You must be based in Utah for consideration. This is a full-time remote work position. However: as one of our marketers, you will be expected to attend the occasional in-person company meeting and potentially other industry events. Creativity, adaptability, and an obsession with your craft are must haves.
What You'll Do:

• Create strategic and visually stunning digital and print marketing materials
• Help us build up and maintain our digital asset library
• Negotiate reasonable deadlines and then meet them in style
• Learn and iterate from the direction you get from our senior designer and marketing team
• Contribute your creativity and big ideas to the projects and strategy you support
