We're looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Creative & Design Team, focusing on our internal communications. As a designer working with our People Department, this role is essential in designing a variety of on-brand collateral to support our own associate experiences at one of Utah's top companies.

What you'll do
- Collaborate with partners in our People Department to design creative assets to support our internal brand initiatives and communications
- Work with copywriters and other designers at times, while also independently driving creative output on your own
- Wear a lot of hats - designing things like event themes, intranet content, web pages, emails, recognition collateral, internal programs, presentations, t-shirts, and posters
- Work with partners to assess competing priorities, managing your time across several projects simultaneously
- Help support and improve the SeekWell associate experience
What you'll need
- 3+ years experience working as a Graphic Designer
- Portfolio demonstrating relevant work
- Strong design skills in brand identity, layout, illustration, photography, typography, digital and print
- Ability to balance and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment despite changing priorities
- Effective time management, project management and stakeholder communication
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and PowerPoint
- Strong critical thinking, communication and writing skills
- Ability to present work to partners and effectively solicit and address feedback
