- Research and resolve Epic Configuration issues within SLA guidelines.
- Analyze and complete Epic Configuration requests promptly, evaluating the logical coherence of each request to ensure accuracy and functionality. Adhere to approval guidelines before implementing configuration updates.
- Maintain Excel Configuration Workbooks to accurately document configured settings in Epic, facilitating transparency and accountability in configuration management.
- Contribute to the Configuration Manual by documenting nuances, tips, and best practices learned during the configuration process, fostering continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Collaborate with team members to address unique and challenging configuration requests, conducting thorough research before seeking assistance to demonstrate proactive problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Applied Epic configuration setups, particularly in Policy and Structure Configuration, with advanced knowledge preferred.
- Meticulous attention to detail coupled with a dedication to precision and excellence.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and SLA requirements.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, adept at both independent work and collaboration within a team setting.
- Willingness to occasionally work Saturdays to provide Configuration support during Go Lives.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Accounting or Finance, or equivalent application management experience
- 2+ years of experience using Applied Epic across one or more lines of business
