About this Role
Vista14 is bringing on an experienced Social Media Manager to our Content team to help us shape, implement, and lead our Social Media content, campaigns, and initiatives. This person will run the day-to-day social activity of our clients while creating and refining unique strategies to align our business goals, communications, and programs to positively impact current audiences while accruing the interest of new customers. Our clients vary in industries creating unique possibilities for creativity and strategy by each social platform to execute on. This person requires hands-on experience with Social Media and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment. Must have high energy, attention to detail, ability to create compelling content, and a passion for promoting great clients.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement social strategy and guidelines from conception to launch that align with our marketing and business goals
- Collaborate closely with various organization team members to amplify the reach of our content, messaging, and goals across all campaigns and programs
- Own editorial planning
- Help educate and elevate the team’s understanding of Social Media best practices and methodologies
- Lead the creation, management, and execution of the daily strategy and management of communication plans on organic social channels
- Write creative, engaging and on-brand content
- Be a steward of excellent writing, grammar, and messaging
- Work closely with Creative Team to deliver consistent brand visual design
- Proactively monitor and manage online presence of Social Media channels
- Connect with industry professional, brand ambassadors, and Social Media influencers to build a strong network
- Regularly monitor and report on digital marketing and Social Media efforts to ensure organizational priorities are being met across all social channels
- Understand and strategize dynamic social KPIs that meet business goals
- Strong analytical skills, with a bias towards testing and managing metric performance
- Oversee digital and social listening to bring forward trends, tools or opportunities and address relevant issues
What You’ll Need
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Social Media Marketer
- Proven experience creating social strategies and campaigns for daily cross-channel execution
- Experience writing content and working strategically across Social Media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and other channels
- Passion for storytelling and creating compelling content to attract new audience and keep them engaged
- Building high-impact social partnerships through monitoring, responding, and outreach
- Use data and performance to make intentional decisions
- Keeping up with trends, cultural moments, emerging channels and changes and are quick to adapt strategy to meet the moment
- Knowledge of Social Media Listening tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to pay attention to detail while maintaining the “big picture” for communication campaigns
- Self-driven to manage your own work and results with high standards, are a passionate self-starter and decisive
- Flexibility and resourcefulness with the ability to multi-task and prioritize projects in a complex, fast-paced environment

- Strong sense for creative design, including Social Media design for various platforms as well as design ability and knowledge/use of design tools (like Canva, Photoshop or Illustrator)
- Experience working cross-functionally with different teams around organizations, including remote teams
