AVIA Medical Spa is looking for a Patient Concierge / administrative assistant.
The primary role is to ensure that patients will receive the best care possible.
Part of the duties include:
1) contacting and following up on leads
2) providing quotes to clients
3) arranging for financing
4) administrative tasks
5) working at the front desk to greet and room patients
6) answering phone calls
7) entering patient data
8) scheduling patient visits
9) coordinating multiple schedules
10) taking photos
11) MUST have experience in Social Media management
12) SALES, MUST have experience or understand sales techniques for up-sells, cross-sells, etc,. Applicant must show evidence of a strong background in cold sales, warm lead conversions, step wise lead nurturing, and adequate lead management.
Schedule is generally 9am-5pm at the office. You may also be asked to work after hours per your own schedule to follow up on leads. We are looking for a stable, mature, enthusiastic individual. There is huge growth potential. It is strongly preferred to have prior Aesthetics experience as a seller.

This role includes a significant amount of communication with patients and team members. The patient care coordinator synthesizes information from these individuals, such as healthcare goals and client needs in a way that is helpful and useful to the patient and to the medical professionals.
