Social Media Manager Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Social Media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic across all Social Media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Adhere to branding and curate engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, that align with AGTA's brand voice and objectives.
• Manage Social Media accounts, including content calendar scheduling, posting, and monitoring comments and messages.
• Analyze Social Media metrics and performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with Social Media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure maximum reach and impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional positions to develop integrated campaigns and initiatives.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and comments, maintaining a positive and professional online presence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with either a portfolio showcasing successful Social Media campaigns or examples of a strong understanding of Social Media marketing.
• Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Sprout Social (or related software such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sendible, etc.), Grammarly, Canva (or related software such as Adobe Creative Suite), and Meta Ad Manager or Google Ads.
• In-depth knowledge of Social Media platforms, tools, and analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Comfortable commuting to the office location in Dallas, Texas.
• Experience in the gemstone and jewelry industries is not required but is a plus.
