Shipping & Receiving Coordinator

Position Summary: Maintain delivery due list, schedule pick-ups, prepares documentation for international shipments and communicates changes within the distribution center.
Position Responsibilities:

• Create deliveries from sales orders & create transfer orders from deliveries.
• Prepare international ship packet documentation.
• Perform order maintenance and communicates changes. Schedules truck pick-ups.
• Attend and participates at scoreboard meetings.
• Monitor Credit hold orders and communicate with Accounting to release.
• Work with non-stock orders and return orders.
• Perform related tasks and special projects as needed.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication skills required.
• Basic PC skills required.

Preferred Skills and experience:

• Previous Warehouse/Distribution Center experience preferred.

Reporting to Position:

• Works closely with Customer Service, Product Management, and Distribution Center colleagues.

Work Environment: While performing the duties of the job, the associate is exposed to a manufacturing floor atmosphere and some office.
