Summary
The Analyst, Recruitment Coordination will facilitate the movement of candidates through the recruitment process including everything from posting open positions to job boards, managing positions in the ATS, scheduling interviews across stores, handling last-minute scheduling changes, ensuring offers and start dates happen, and identifying and smoothing over any speed bumps in the hiring process. The job of the Coordinator starts when candidates respond to a job opening and ends when the team member begins their employment in the store. The Analyst, Recruitment Coordination will ensure the hiring process runs smoothly as to maximize applicant flow conversion to hire. In an effort to align the Market Leadership team on that effort and create accountability, the Analyst, Recruitment Coordination will also be responsible for providing weekly updates and a variety of reports that highlight the effectiveness of the process and the speed in which applicants are contacted and moved through all the stages of the hiring process. Once effective tools are created, the Analyst, Recruitment Coordination will also support the efforts to package and communicate best practices to Franchisees and other RBI Brands.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Schedule a high volume of interviews for candidates with speed and efficiency across all store locations
- Manage job postings in the ATS and applicable job boards
- Carefully review applicants and identify the most qualified for a given position
- Prepare and provide progress reports on a weekly basis using the ATS
- Help organize and support recruiting events for targeted restaurants
- Ensure restaurants have all applicable recruiting collateral and materials
- Provide basic ATS training and resources to help Restaurant General Managers interview candidates
- Coordinate and conduct first contact with candidates, schedule interviews, extend offers and orientation scheduling
- Ensure and maintain data accuracy and integrity in the ATS
- Provide accurate recordkeeping of new hire compliance requirements and follow up with applicable District Managers and Restaurant General Managers ensure compliance
- Communicate effectively with Hiring Managers, Corporate Operations team and People teams
- Adhere to federal and state laws, rules and regulations
Key Skills & Experience
- Excel, ability to filter data to create custom reports
- Previous experience recruiting in Quick Service Restaurants, retail and/or hospitality environments
- Effective communication skills (with candidates, GM's DM's, etc.)
- Knowledge and experience with ATS systems preferred (Greenhouse)
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
