We are looking for energetic, self-motivated individuals to make an impact as part of a dynamic service team. This role is essential to our Service Center guests having the best experience possible.

Responsibilities:
- Assist Service Advisor by preparing paperwork upon completion of vehicle services
- Check repair order for accuracy ensuring all appropriate parts and labor are billed to the invoice
- Ensure proper documentation is present for warranty claims processing
- Communicate with Service Advisors and Technicians as necessary
- Print and collate final invoices
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills with customers and your co-workers
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Proficient with typing and using basic PC based software
- Well organized with excellent communication skills
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information
- Bilingual preferred but not required
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening
