A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE - OFFICE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

In this Customer Service position, you ensure that all of our customers and vendors receive the highest level of service and that administrative duties are handled in a timely and efficient manner. To ensure our day-to-day workflows are consistently moving, you follow our established procedures to make sure our office flows smoothly. Each day, you will assist customers over the phone with booking service requests and in person as needed, perform various assigned projects, process incoming packages, clerical duties, data entry, maintaining files, scanning, organizing, help with coordinating employee birthdays, events and general administrative responsibilities, track memberships, assist dispatch,and other assigned duties by the office manager. You should be diligent and thorough, All this while providing the 5-star Customer Service our company is known for! You must love helping our customers while helping our office run as smoothly as possible!

 

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN OFFICE - ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

  • Experience as an office assistant- minimum 2 years experience
  • Customer service experience- minimum 3-5 years experience

WORK SCHEDULE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE - OFFICE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

This full-time administrative position typically works Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
