Part-time to Full-time Office Assistant
This position provides support to the daily functions of a bookkeeping company by assisting the staff with administrative tasks in an office setting. Hours may vary depending on the workload.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Respond to emails, and manage email account
Data entry
Basic filing and recordkeeping
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Skills and Abilities:
Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems
Maintain confidentiality
Fast learning capabilities
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Verbal and written ability to communicate clearly with customers, venders, and contractors
Qualifications:
Some experience or knowledge of bookkeeping preferred
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1-year of office experience
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.75 - $18.75 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
