We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Assistant and Customer Service Representative.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be one of the first points of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support.
This Position Would Include:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about services, and promotions
- Assist customers with questions, handling of warranties, and resolving any issues or complaints
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate documentation
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to ensure positive customer interactions
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide additional information as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve department goals and objectives
Looking for Someone with the following:
- 1 year experience in Customer Service or office setting preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, particularly in Spanish
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Sales experience is beneficial but not required
- Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with customers
