What You'll Get to Do:
CACI is seeking a TS/SCI cleared Serena Product Development and Configuration Manager to support our Air Force customer in Warner Robins, GA. This position will be a part of our Enterprise Product Support (EPS) team for AF DCGS. You will support the IT Service Management Office.
More About the Role:
- Manages, configures, and ensures the availability of Serena to all users available on Weapon System Low, Weapon System High, SIPRNet, and Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS).
- Works independently sustaining Serena cloud-based services.
- Creates/modifies and maintains Serena workflows based on approved direction from the Government.
- Creates and updates PowerPoint training packages for all new Serena workflows.
- Manages the Serena change request workflow using an enterprise approach.
- Ensures appropriate SW licenses are up to date through coordination with TPOC and SW and HW acquisition.
- Coordinates with the ESD and 480th ISRW AF DCGS DOC and OEM to resolve incidents, issues, or outages.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI security clearance.
- Bachelors degree and related field and 5 years of relevant AF-DCGS experience.
- Five years of experience reviewing and developing technical documentation.
- Experience with configuration and sustainment of Serena Business Manager.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II Certification .
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
- Specific knowledge of AF DCGS life cycle.
- ITIL v4 certification.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$65,000 - $136,500
