Senior Staff Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Staff Accountant to join our team. As a Senior Staff Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and providing valuable insights to support decision-making. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and has a strong background in accounting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Will be responsible for month-end and year-end close process
• Journal entries, accruals, adjustments and bank reconciliations
• Prepare and reconcile complex monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Will be supporting multi-locations and assist with yearly audits
• Assist with financial statement preparation

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• BA/BS in Accounting or Finance or related field
• 3+ years of strong GL accounting experience
• QuickBooks Experience preferred. Any large ERP system experience is a plus
• Advanced Excel, including V-lookup and Pivot Tables
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, Good interpersonal skills, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to complete multiple duties with accuracy shifting from one to another with frequent interruptions and competing deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
