Responsibilities Serve as subject matter expert for back margin programs globally; understanding each local program and process to ensure that we address all important nuances, while identifying areas to optimize Partner with Sales BPR to develop requirements and implement system solution for back margin programs Understand the strategy and the changing needs of the business, working cross-functionally to develop the future state. This will involve working with global teams and colleagues across geographies Partner alongside Sales BPR to inspire and develop solutions as well as lead the project execution. It is important that you can think strategically, connecting the dots in the bigger picture, as well as being comfortable in the details of the deliverables Identify solutions beyond what has been requested by our business partners. You will work on opportunities with Sales BPR to build for scale by designing holistically, with a focus on flexibility and efficiency Negotiate with cross-functional teams and business partners to remove barriers and get results, without compromising the overall quality of end deliverables Work with Sales BPR to prepare the business for change, ensuring that there is the necessary change management plan in place so the business is ready to take on adjustments to people, process, and technology Ensure that we achieve the benefits we set out to deliver at the start of the project. This includes setting success criteria for your initiatives that are clearly measurable and achievable through the scope of deliverables, then ongoing tracking against this criteria.
