- This position centers on sales expertise with a specific emphasis on solution selling in the IT services sector, specifically in Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) industries.
- Should have a deep understanding of how-to tailor IT service solutions to meet the unique needs of Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) clients. Proficiency in this industry will be instrumental in driving successful business development efforts.
- Significant aspect of this role is the ability to secure mid and large-sized clients in the United States. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of winning new net logos and nurturing client relationships, as these relationships are vital to the growth and success of the organization.
- Understanding the nuances of the BFSI industries, including its challenges, regulations, and opportunities, is essential for effectively engaging and providing valuable solutions to potential clients.
- This position offers a dynamic opportunity for a seasoned business development professional to leverage their expertise and experience. Banking, Financial Servies & Insurance (BFSI) Domain Skills–
- – Expert in BFS Domain knowledge
- – Breath of knowledge in various technologies being used in BFS for different sub business functions within BFS like Core banking, Digital banking, etc.
- – Continuous knowledge on where the spend in BFS YoY.
- – Expert with knowledge of different technologies used within BFS across different geographies.
Executive Presence–
- Demand respect from the prospects based on his/her leadership skills and recognition from the industry
Business Growth & Practice Management Experience–
- P&L responsibility of the BFS practice.
- Groom the next level leaders for the practice.
- Work with different practice leaders and service line leaders to come up with Industry solutions for BFS.
- Demonstrated experience in securing IT Services Master Service Agreements (MSAs) is a must. This experience showcases the candidate's ability to negotiate and finalize significant contractual agreements, which is crucial in the IT services industry.
