Responsibilities
Prepare quotes, issue policy changes, certificates of insurance, cancellations, and renewals.
Develop positive working relationships with clients and carriers.
Respond to client's questions.
Conduct annual policy reviews.
Maintain and grow existing book of business.
Compute rates as required on applications.
Requirements
Leadership capabilities to lead and motivate commercial team.
Ability to explain complex issues and concepts to customers so they understand them fully.
Must have excellent follow up skills.
Ability to multi task in a fast paced work environment.
Knowledge of computer programs a must.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Pleasant telephone manner.
Property and Casualty Insurance Licenses required.
Minimum 5 years commercial insurance experience.
