About Us:ALG Senior is a leading provider of senior living services committed to enriching the lives of older adults. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Chief Operating Officer (COO). Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the COO's schedule, scheduling meetings, conferences, and ensuring timely attendance.

  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the COO and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism in all interactions.

  • Document Preparation: Draft, edit, and proofread emails, memos, reports, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to senior living industry standards.

  • Meeting Coordination: Coordinate and organize meetings, prepare agendas, take detailed meeting minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure seamless execution of senior living initiatives.

  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, with a focus on providing the COO with efficient and stress-free travel experiences.

  • Information Management: Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion, managing documentation and correspondence to uphold the highest standards of integrity in the senior living industry.

  • Project Support: Assist in various senior living projects and initiatives, providing administrative support to contribute to the success of key programs.

  • Expense Management: Track and reconcile expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and budgetary guidelines specific to the senior living sector.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally within the senior living or healthcare industry.

  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and empathy, essential for working in the senior living environment.

  • Tech Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software; familiarity with senior living industry software is a plus.

  • Problem Solving: Ability to anticipate needs, identify issues, and proactively find solutions, aligning with the unique challenges and opportunities in the senior living sector.

  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced senior living environment with changing priorities and evolving needs.

  • Confidentiality: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality, critical in the senior living industry.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
